Myron and Alexis have the best and very very helpful and patient. The rooms are lovely. You don't feel like you don't belong. Every thing is great. Just two thing maybe some stronger wifi and more TV channels. Thank you

Absolutely Great Location!!! We travel often... Staff check in great! Staff for reprogramming of key when the programming failed great. Rooms were clean with the acception on the floor. Apparently these maids never heard of a mop? But that seems to be a common issue in budget rooms, budget locations, pet friendly rooms ect ect. Neighbors were polite but some can come across as sketchy activities. But... We just said hello minded our P's and Q's let the kids here pet outlr dog and went on our mary way. Would I stay here again... Sure. Would I enjoy it and be excited about it, no. For the price it was worth it. We had clean bedding, no bugs, little kitchenette.

I’ve been staying here for a couple of weeks, and my experience has been great. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire staff has been helpful and welcoming. I want to give a shout-out to Orlando, for his great service. He, along with the rest of the team, have truly made my time here smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate the great service!

I just wanted to say that Orlando part of the maintenance team was very helpful with my room issue. The door lock stopped working on my room over night and he came first thing in the morning from being asleep to look at it. He worked over 7 hours trying to fix this issue…ultimately I had to switch rooms. Thankfully they offered the room next door the only issue was the air conditioner was no good but Orlando took the brand new one from my current room and swapped it over to that room! Very 5 star service as far as maintenance goes!

After finally getting the room we reserved 2 days ago, the studio6 room is decent. We originally had a reservation for December 28th. The front office called us at 10 am the morning of our reservation, which we made a week prior to check in saying they did not have a room available for us. We had to scramble at the last minute to get a room somewhere on a Saturday night. The front desk staff was not helpful at all since there was no management working, and they didn't even offer a discount after displacing us for not one but 2 nights. They should have given at least a 24-hour notice of the room not being available for us. The rooms are large, but the area is not great to stay in.

It has great staff. Always available to listen and help. Every older property has issues, but I comment the staff here because they do their best to keep the place safe, secure and clean.

My family and I have been here 3 months waiting on housing and it’s been great to have a room with a kitchen. The rooms are a decent size and the kitchen is so helpful. The location is great so close to so many things. The staff up front are amazing! They are super friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a place worth checking if you are in between housing or on vacation and want more space than a regular room or to save money eating out.

The hotel isn't bad its mostly quiet, family friendly atmosphere
